The rhythmic movement of walking activates both sides of the brain, which can help clients process emotions and experiences more effectively.

Individual therapy focused on subtle changes in the body while promoting choice-making and autonomy. Through building a deeper connection to how emotions and stress show up physically, this therapy provides coping skills to regulate the nervous system
Reconnecting with others fosters a sense of belonging and reminds us that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves and others. These small groups promote somatic movement and talk therapy to encourage compassion toward self and coping skills for difficult situations.
This small-group therapy experience is designed for up to six individuals and can be tailored for families, work teams, friends, or other groups looking to strengthen communication, connection, and collaboration. Sessions focus on improving group dynamics, building trust, and developing practical tools for healthier interaction.
TCTSY does not use physical hands-on adjustments to influence a participant's physical form. This form of yoga presents opportunities for the participant to be in charge of their felt sense of body and choices. The shift in orientation from the external to the internal is the focus. The practice involves forms and shapes but there is no emphasis on looking or moving in a specific way. The participant is in charge of their experience.
Marriage and family therapy helps couples and families improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through challenges together. Sessions focus on understanding relationship patterns, resolving conflict, and building healthier ways to connect and support one another.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in holistic, client-centered care. Trained in trauma-informed yoga, EMDR, and mindfulness practices, I integrate traditional talk therapy with body-based and nature-focused approaches.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate resilience.
Every individual has a treatment plan that is tailored to their individual goals.
Gentle somatic, introspective movement is a powerful way to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Trauma, stress, and emotions often show up physically — in muscle tension, restlessness, or disconnection. By slowing down and paying attention to subtle sensations, you can begin to release what your body has been holding.
Because I am trained in trauma-informed yoga and EMDR, I integrate these practices to create a safe, effective, and supportive experience. Somatic therapy complements these approaches by helping you:
Calm your nervous system and feel grounded
Release physical and emotional tension stored in the body
Build awareness of how stress and emotions live in your system
Process trauma more gently and fully
Cultivate resilience and self-compassion
Somatic therapy opens the door to healing that goes beyond words. By reconnecting mind and body, you can begin to feel more present, balanced, and whole.
